Using CompDeals
You must be at least 18 and able to enter the relevant promotion. Keep your account secure and provide accurate registration information. One person must not operate multiple accounts to manipulate votes or moderation.
Competitions belong to operators
CompDeals discovers and discusses third-party promotions; it does not operate, administer or guarantee them unless explicitly stated. The operator’s rules control eligibility, entry, closing dates, winner selection and prize fulfilment. Always verify the live operator page before entering.
Community contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant CompDeals a non-exclusive licence to display, format, moderate and promote it as part of the service. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or undisclosed promotional content.
Votes and rankings
Votes are community opinions, not endorsements or guarantees. We may apply anti-manipulation controls, remove artificial activity and adjust how rankings are calculated.
Moderation and suspension
We may edit, reject, expire or remove content and restrict or suspend accounts to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law. Reports and automated checks assist moderators but do not replace human judgment where uncertainty remains.
Public operator information
To help users identify competition operators, CompDeals may display an operator name, logo, website address and short description obtained from publicly available website metadata, including page icons and meta descriptions. We use this material for identification and informational purposes only. Ownership remains with the relevant operator or rights holder, and operators may contact us to claim, correct or request removal of their profile information. Displaying this information does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
Availability and liability
We work to keep information useful and the service available, but cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted access, operator conduct or prize fulfilment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
